
Cream together:
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup margarine (I use Smart Balance with Omega 3's)
Add:
I egg
½ teaspoon gluten free vanilla
½ teaspoon almond extract
¼ teaspoon salt
Blend dry ingredients:
1½ Cup sorghum flour
¼ cup Garbanzo bean flour
¼ cup white rice flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
Add to creamed mixture. Chill dough 2 hours or more. Using a small spoon, drop dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with decorative sugar. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
